Absolutely great experience! They were fast, communicative, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain my options and helped me figure out what made the most sense for my car and my situation, rather than just pushing whatever was most expensive. My tires and brakes were replaced quickly, and the entire process was easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend them!

Really grateful. I have a 2014 Prius C (170k miles) that wouldn’t start, and was seeing a “check hybrid system” warning. I felt so stressed. I replaced my small 12v, did my own YouTube diagnostic, checked fuses, plugs..etc.. and nothing worked. I got desperate and hired a BS mobile mechanic.. (he literally showed up wearing tube socks and sandals and his own car wouldn’t stay running…idk what I was thinking...) he blamed the battery and said he couldn’t do anything that I need to return the brand new one I just got. $750 later I decided to cave and tow my car to Chapel Hill tire. Capone assured me he would take care of things. Initially he thought it was the hybrid battery too with pre inspection, but he and his team did a free deep diagnostic and he kept me informed every step of the way. Diagnostic was a bit delayed, took about 2 day turn around but they found the problem and it wasn’t the hybrid battery. It was a service plug that wasn’t fully connected. I’m beyond relieved and grateful for the honesty and integrity of Chapil Hill. Capone specifically, thank you for showing kindness and care.

The customer service at Chapel Hill Tire is outstanding. Caponi clearly stated the work that needed to be done and they even picked up car car and returned it. Additionally they do not charge a diagnostic fee and quality of their work is A+ I highly recommend this company!

I had my oil changed and tires rotated here today, and I had another great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They also let me know that my cabin A/C filter and engine air filter needed to be replaced, and I appreciated that they explained everything without any pressure. As for the cost, I know very little about car repairs, and I can’t do the work myself. I trust experienced professionals to recommend what my car needs, so I don’t think it’s fair to complain about the price without understanding the work involved. One of the best things about this shop is its convenient location—it’s very close to the Crabtree mall where I work, so dropping off my car and picking it up is incredibly easy. The service is always fast, the staff is honest and helpful, and the overall experience has been excellent. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto service.

Good, reliable mechanic service, but communication could be improved. My latest invoice didn't specify whether full synthetic oil was used despite a notably higher price than last time, and my text & emails asking for clarification went unanswered. They also try and upsell services, claiming I am due for an unnecessary engine service over text, without even giving a price or inspecting the vehicle. Thinking it may be time for me to find somewhere new.
